We know that you want to receive your items in excellent condition, that’s why we have introduced a number of measures to ensure you receive your items fast, safe and secure.

In most cases our items are shipped through the Australia Post Express post service around Australia. In some cases, we offer standard postage; however insured post is also offered and recommended this option for expensive items.

It’s our policy to ensure you get your items safe, and unlike other vendor’s we don’t need to make money on our shipping, that’s why our shipping and handling costs, are varied depending on what you like and provided to you at cost price.

Our shipping and handling calculator can work out the type of packaging required and then provide you with a few easy options on shipping your item.

It’s our goal to have enough stock in store, to be able to ship your order immediately. This means that using our express postage service and online stock inventory system, we can normally ship items to you through-out Australia within 1 business day. Orders received and paid for before 2PM on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day.

For our heavy items, such as pre-built helicopter kits etc, we ship through Toll Logistics. SPXRacing has also established a relationship with Sealed Air Corp LLC, in America and are working with us to ensure we use special foam packaging to secure your package before transport. Aside from this our packaging team use extensive foam padding, boxes and sealed air foam to ensure items are securely packaged and shipped to you quickly.

We often get asked, why we don’t offer a simple flat fee for shipping, the answer is simple, to ship an item to different locations cost different money, why should a shipment that only costs $9.99 pay a flat fee of $14.99?

Our intuitive shipping calculator will provide you with all the relevant details on the best way to ship your item for the right price. If you need something shipped with specific packaging requirements, we can cater to your every need, all you need to do, is provide any details about the shipping requirements in you order comments and we will contact you.

SPXRacing is the only service in Australia for RC Car Parts, which provides real-time tracking to consumers. You will be able to login at any time and view the status of an order with our system, and if you choose tracking with your shipping, you will see in real-time the location of your parts around the postage network.

Payments & Banking
Speed Xtreme Racing, has made it very easy to pay for your orders in a number of safe and secure methods. Our quickest and most secure method is directly online through the Speed Xtreme Racing service, where you can pay using a Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Diners card.

Our service is connected directly with the St George Banking transaction network, and we process and manage all transactions in real-time. Alternatively we accept direct deposit bank transfers and Paypal payments from users, and these options can be easily selected during the order checkout process.

SPXRacing will not ship items until funds are processed as cleared into our transaction account.

If you live locally on the Gold Coast, SPXRacing has a showroom located at the northern end of the Gold Coast at Arundel, and is open 6 days a week for you to visit. You can simply choose to pick up your items at the showroom, and can have the option to pay by Credit Card, EFTPOS or cash at the showroom.

To ensure security of transactions Speed Xtreme Racing, reserves the right to void transactions or conduct direct research (by calling the bank or consumer) to verify the intent and order placed with the service. This may occur from time to time depending on the order size, and account status or the user.

Price Matching Policy
Speed Xtreme Racing prides itself on an excellent customer satisfaction, and great products. We try to be price competitive with all our products where possible to ensure you can't buy cheaper elsewhere.

If you are a Platinum loyalty customer, you will be receiving discounts of up to 10-15% from our RRP pricing. Our accounts team spend time ensuring that our pricing is market competitive. If you come across a product we don’t stock and would like us to stock it, please contact our team at info@spxracing.com

We are more than happy to consider stocking particular items for customers. If you have found an item we stock that you can purchase cheaper elsewhere, we are more than happy to discuss the price with you.

SPXRacing does not provide a price matching service with our competitors, however if you believe our pricing is not market competitive we are happy to discuss this.

Simply email our team with the stock item, the manufacturer code and where you can buy elsewhere at the cheaper price. We will review the information to determine if our price needs to be adjusted or if we can offer you a better price.

Speed Xtreme Racing has one of the largest ranges of specialized parts and services for RC Cars in Australia. Sometimes it’s difficult for us to compare products with our resellers.

We offer a premium service and therefore do not offer cheaper versions of products as these cheaper products tend not to last as long or offer quality for money. SPXRacing has distribution arms within Australia, Taiwan, China, Korea, Japan, United States of America, Hong Kong, Singapore and Europe.

We take every measure we can to ensure that we stock quality parts and products at extremely competitive prices.
