Defective, Damaged Items & Warranty
Speed Xtreme Racing has 100% customer satisfaction in mind, and will
work with you if you have any concerns in regards to items received by us. We
work closely with all our manufacturers and are always willing to ensure the
product you receive and use is of the best quality available.
If you receive a package that has been damaged in our shipping process, you
should question the delivery agent about the damage, and if too serve do not
accept the package.
If you have received a package that is damaged, you should take photos
immediately of the damaged items and send these to our team at
info@spxracing.com.
If you receive an item that is defective we will gladly replace the item either
directly through our stock or with the manufacturer whichever is quicker. The
defective item must be in its original packaging and returned immediately to
Speed Xtreme Racing in Australia.
You may also wish to return the item to the manufacturer, however please discuss
this with SPXRacing first before approaching the manufacturer. All defective items
can be returned through the SPXRacing online service, where you can request a RMA
and shipping information for the item’s return to us.
For damaged items, SPXRacing will assist you where possible, if the item is damaged
during transit, ensure photos are taken of the packaging and contact us
immediately upon receiving the package.
If the item is damaged during use on the car or accessories, please
contact us to discuss we may be able to assist in some way. Speed Xtreme
Racing cannot be held liable for any damage caused during the use of our
parts or helicopters.
Use of our parts, accessories, cars and service are at your own risk and
you are responsible for the safety of yourself and others whilst using our
products or items that we sell.
If you are having a problem with an item or building a car, we are always
here to help, instead of causing damage to kits or parts, why not approach our

Returns & Order Cancellation
Speed Xtreme Racing want you to be 100% satisfied with our service, that’s
why if you aren’t happy we want to talk with you.
If you receive an item you aren’t happy with, simple contact us via email at
info@spxracing.com or phone us on +61 7 5602
6456 and we can discuss how to correct the problem.
If you receive an item that was incorrectly shipped, we will gladly ship the
correct item to you (for free) and pay for the return postage of the
incorrectly shipped item.
If you order the incorrect item, we are more than happy to consider a credit in
the store, you will need to first return the item to us, and a credit will be
issued for you to use. Items being returned must be in original packaging and
condition, and you must seek approval from our credit team before returning the
item. The credit will be issued at the same value of the item minus any
shipping/handling costs that were incurred. SPXRacing offers this service to all of
our customers for a period of 30 days from purchase of the item.
** If cancelling your order, SPXRacing will provide the refund on the credit/total
amount minus any fees. This includes Credit Card payments and Paypal. For Credit
cards a fee of 2% is deducted, whilst paypal and AMEX cards have a 3% deduction.
In some circumstances SPXRacing may not be able to offer a store credit to the
customer. If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so at any time during the
order process up to the package being sent in the post. If you cancel before the
shipment, through the online service there is no additional charge, and if
already paid, a credit or refund will be applied to your account.
If you need to cancel an order after shipping, please contact us and we can
discuss the return of the items for a credit, however any shipping costs will be
deducted from the final credit amount.
